English version

On 25 October HR and risk managers came together to discuss the most important points for People Risk: Health and Safety, Financial; Digital; Environment and Social; and Talent Development.

For example, the Financial section investigated critical updates on the Norwegian pension market and recommendations to ensure employees' financial security. The digital section covered cyber security and exposure followed by Environment and Social which explored ESG. Finally, we examined the general talent development with a focus on skills.

The event featured engaging presentations and lively panel debates with local and international experts on Human Resources and risk at the exciting, newly renovated Scandic Holmenkollen Park Hotel.

Our latest People Risk Study showed 59% of companies don’t have effective governance of their pension and insurance and half believe their employee value proposition needs improving, which is why we’re taking a holistic approach to our pension conference in 2022.
