The agenda will include:

1.   Welcome and introductions: Participants will share what is top of mind and what their key priorities are for the year ahead.

2.   Key insights for the Energy industry: Mercer will highlight and discuss global and regional trends for the oil & gas industry. We will also look at the increasing need for organizations in the sector to review the skills they will need as the energy market changes and transitions.

3.   Norwegian oil & gas market insights: Mercer will present trends and analysis from our 2022 Norway Energy Survey. We will also look at insights from early 2023 with particular emphasis on how organizations are responding to inflation.

4.   Roundtable discussion: Participants will be invited to discuss critical topics and follow up with any questions from the materials presented.
