    • We would like to invite you to our Mercer Executive Remuneration Roundtable - this year arranged in Oslo and Stockholm.

      The purpose of this roundtable event is to discuss trends and developments in executive rewards in the Nordics and globally. There will also be opportunities for delegates to share thinking and to network informally.

      Topics to be discussed:

      • Incentive plan design – Latest thinking on improving the perceived value of incentives and on aligning them better to business strategy.
      • Executive talent segmentation – Are reward decisions taking enough account of the wider internal and external talent context?
      • General trends and developments in local and international markets.
    • Peter Boreham,
      Peter is a Principal in Mercer’s Talent business with 18 years’ experience in executive remuneration and incentive design.  He is based in London and works with leading companies in the UK, Netherlands and Scandinavia.  He has spoken at various conferences including those organised by WorldatWork, GEO, e-reward and HR Norge.

      Per Hult,
      Per is a consultant within Mercer’s Talent consulting business at the Stockholm office focusing on Executive Rewards in particular. Since joining Mercer, he has been working closely with Nordic clients and performed projects within benchmarking, LTI and STI review as well as RemCo advisory. He has held a number of lectures on executive rewards for compensation & benefits professionals in Sweden.
