- Stillingsvurderinger, rolleklassifisering (International Position Evaluation) og kartlegging av organisatoriske utfordringer

- Rådgivning for å tiltrekke, utvikle og beholde talent og kompetanse i bedriften (for eksempel HR strategi, Talent Management og Performance Management)

- Informasjon og rådgivning rundt ansatte i utenlandstjenester (Global Mobility)
